WE SEND A COURIER FOR THE PARTICLE FILTER
If you or your mechanic remove the particulate filter in advance, then you may also send it to us using courier service. In this case, we send our contractual courier partner to your address for your particulate filter, who will also return it to you after cleaning.
This way, however, the reinstallation and the diagnostic adjustments must be carried out by you or your mechanic.

We issue a warranty for 1 year or 20,000 km for every particulate filter cleaned by us.*
* There are conditions for the warranty, about which we provide further information in person or on the phone. For example, we cannot issue a warranty for vehicles with chip tuning, or a particulate filter someone already attempted to clean ‘at home’. We notice such cases immediately after removal.

TAMPERING IS NOT OUR STYLE!
We do not cut, drill, or take apart any particulate filters. The cleaning process is carried out without physical interference.
We keep our distance from all kinds of magical substances which promise improvement if poured into the fuel tanks of vehicles. In our experience, these additives achieve no positive result in case of a particulate filter already blocked.
We also do not deal with the elimination of particulate filters, and we strongly advise you not do so either, as you would be committing infringement of the law.
We NEVER erase the fault code of the particulate filter without cleaning! This is a tool for amateurs; we refuse to do so on principle.
And last but not least, we do not deal with the cleaning and installation of aftermarket particulate filters. In our experience, 90% of aftermarket particulate filters do not work properly.
